Shipping policy

Orders are processed in the order they are received. And processing time is currently 1-3 days. A tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped.

 

Shipping is calculated at check out. 

We only ship to United States and Canada at this time. 

Shipping times provided by the carrier cannot be guaranteed and are subject to transit delays, weather complications, etc. 

Once your order has been delivered to the post office or other carrier's office, Wag Your Tail Co cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, undeliverable or delayed packages. Once the carrier has taken possession of the package, it is in the hands of the carrier and we are not responsible for errors or issues that arise for the carrier. It would be best to use the tracking number and reach out to the carrier for resolution. 

If the order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to provide a correct address and you, the customer, will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fee.
