Returns are not accepted. Because we make these to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you do have an issue with your order please email us at wagyourtailco23@gmail.com and we will do our best to work with you on a solution!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours. Since we do our best to get your item to you as quickly as possible, we will start your order at the 24 hour mark and no cancellation can be made after that time. Expedited orders cannot be canceled at any time as we will begin making these before the 24 hour mark.
